Winners Award Ceremony
All the short listed entries will be shown at a special viewing in The Dukes Theatre, Moor Lane, Lancaster from 2pm on Saturday 10th April 2010. The Dukes Theatre is situated in the historic heart of Lancaster, on the route that medieval prisoners were taken to be hanged on the gallows on the moor after their final journey from the mighty Lancaster Castle. The infamous “Pendle Witches” are reputed to have enjoyed their last drink of ale in the nearby pub.
The Winners Award Ceremony will begin at 6pm, where all the prizes will be presented.
All individuals who have entered the competition will receive free entry for two people to both the viewing and the Winners Award Ceremony. Other admissions will be £3, payable on the door.
The Dukes Theatre is within a few minutes walking distance of the main bus and railway stations. Also the city of Lancaster is on the M6 motorway. There are plenty of pubs, bars and a wide range of eating places within minutes of the theatre.
